Birthdays are always filled with lots of gifts. Whether the birthday is for a newborn, for the first year, or for a toddler, our store has many gifts and toys for the occasion. If your baby or child is fascinated with making noise, we carry many miniature musical instruments and toys, such as a xylophone or small piano, as a gift for a child who simply likes making new noises and sounds or aspires to be a musician. For unique takes on traditional toys like a rocking horse or a tricycle, our store makes cloth or wooden hand painted rocking animals, like a carousel horse, duck, donkey, and many more. A simple tricycle – a gift of a beginning bicycle – can come in car and airplane shapes for the child who likes to pretend he or she is a racer or a pilot. Many of these unique baby and toddler gifts come designed for either a boy or girl in a blue or pink color, respectively. But other gifts, such as a miniature tea set, are a traditional toy for a girl. A tea set is a hand painted gift that can match the pastel décor of a girl’s room and can also serve as an imaginative play toy to have a tea party with dolls, stuffed animals, or friends. However, if you see multiple gift items in our store, you can create your own gift basket by combining the smaller gifts together into a woven basket for a singing or dancing bear. Aside from being a great baby shower gift, a gift basket can also be a unique and somewhat personalized gift for a child’s first birthday, especially now that he or she has started developing likes and dislikes.
